At Tech Skills Hub, we aim to ensure smooth and secure payment processing services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for merchants and end-users.


1. Refund Process

  • Refunds can be initiated only by the merchant, not by Tech Skills Hub directly.

  • Once the merchant requests a refund, the system will process it through banking/payment partners.

  • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on bank processing time.


2. Types of Refunds

A. Full Refund
Issued when the entire transaction amount is returned.

B. Partial Refund
Merchant can choose to return a part of the transaction amount.

C. Instant Refunds (If supported)
For UPI/card transactions where instant refund is available, it will be processed within minutes.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • The product/service has already been consumed.

  • Merchant refuses or is unable to process the refund.

  • The transaction is under bank or legal investigation.

  • There is fraud/suspicious activity detected.


4. Chargebacks

  • If a customer disputes a transaction, the issuing bank may initiate a chargeback.

  • The merchant must submit proof within the required timeframe.

  • Tech Skills Hub is not responsible for chargeback losses.

  • Chargeback amounts may be deducted from future settlements.


5. Processing Time

Refund timelines vary by payment method:

  • UPI: 1–3 days

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5–7 days

  • Net Banking: 3–5 days

  • Wallets: As per wallet partner
