1. General Policy
All products sold on Tech Skills Hub are digital/software-based.
Once a license is generated or activated, the product is considered delivered and consumed.
2. No Refund Policy (Important)
❌ No refunds will be provided if:
The software license key has been generated
The product has been activated
Login credentials or access has been shared
👉 This is a strict no-refund policy for digital products.
3. Eligible Refund Cases (Before Activation Only)
Refund may be considered only if:
Payment is successful but license is not generated
Duplicate payment made by mistake
Technical issue from our side (verified)
✅ In such cases, refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued if:
Customer changes mind after purchase
Lack of knowledge to use the software
System incompatibility (user-side issue)
Delay in usage after receiving product
Any misuse or violation of terms
5. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is raised:
We will submit proof of delivery (license/access provided)
False disputes may lead to permanent service restriction
Tech Skills Hub is not responsible for losses due to chargebacks
