4. Merchant Responsibilities
You (Merchant) agree to:

Provide correct KYC/business information.

Sell only legally permitted products/services in India.

Avoid fraud, restricted categories, or money laundering.

Provide customer support and timely delivery.

Handle disputes and refunds professionally.
5. Fees & Charges
Transaction fees, GST, setup charges, or any other fees will be communicated during onboarding.
Fee structure may change with prior notice.
6. Payouts / Settlement Policy

Settlement timelines depend on the payment method, banking partners, and internal risk checks.

Payout delays may occur due to bank holidays, technical issues, or compliance review.

Chargebacks and refunds can be deducted from future settlements.
7. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds must be initiated by the merchant only.

Chargebacks raised by end users will require supporting documents from merchant.

Final decision will be governed by issuing bank/payment network norms.
8. KYC & Compliance
As per RBI Guidelines:

Full KYC is mandatory.

Transactions violating AML/CFT laws may lead to account suspension.

Incorrect information may result in immediate termination.
9. Limitations of Liability
Tech Skills Hub is not responsible for:

Bank/server failures

Technical downtime
-
Customer disputes
-
Financial loss due to chargebacks

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 30 days.
10. Account Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

Fraud or suspicious activity is detected

KYC mismatch / incomplete documentation

Violation of Terms or law

High chargeback ratio
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed under the laws of India.
Disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Raiganj / West Bengal courts.
